Tax Honesty Movement Dead?

Dear Bob … While i totally agree with your desire to peacefully affect change in the governing of The People in the United States, i can state without reservation and following a 40+ year study of the problems, short of an act of GOD, it’s just not possible.

You are basing all of your efforts on the premise that the government we have is the same we started with long ago albeit with many undesirable and oftimes unlawful changes. However, that is not the case. Despite extensive efforts by the usurpers of the Constitution over many years to mask the gradual change, this takeover is clearly evident with a careful study of history and current events.

You are asking the courts to rule based upon laws which for them do not exist or are no longer applicable. This is no longer just a simple political matter … it’s a political matter to the extreme. For The People to deal with courts, briefs, fillings, etc. etc. is fighting a battle in the wrong place with completely inappropriate weapons. Why should the enemy deal with the fillings and suits … they don’t have to.

The current state of affairs is the result of 150 years of an inexorably slow takeover, with a rate of change gradually increasing until the past 10 years. Since then, there’s no need for a masking pretense any more.

The People of the United States have, for the past near 100 years, been an unknowing host for a parasitic entity living off the honest labor of The People, whom this despotic, but clever, entity has duped into believing that things are the same. Like rabies or “mad cow” disease, by the time obvious symptoms appear, the destructive takeover is complete and the host is all but dead.

Such is the case with the United States (of America). The takeover is complete and the host is all but dead except in name only. There is nothing left of the Constitution with its Bill of Rights that has not already been violated … nothing. Is this not some clue to anyone that the United States in its original form is DEAD. Why do we continue to appeal to the basic laws of the United States for redress of grievances.

In such cases, The People (or a representative number of some of them) must decide whether or not they wish to live under the rule of a parasitic few. The involuntary relinquishment of the fruits of one’s labor is the very definition of slavery and those who’ve assumed control of the United States already claim this authority. They effectively say they are our masters and will determine how much we The People will be allowed to have … by force of arms if necessary. WE THE PEOPLE ARE NOT FREE. Those who claim otherwise have either not examined or refuse to acknowledge the facts.

History has demonstrated endlessly that a conquered people, slaves, do not successfully negotiate, file lawsuits in courts of a non-existent jurisdiction, or vote for their freedom. What an utterly ridiculous concept. They mount a resistance and determinedly fight for their freedom … and death and destruction for many are part of it. It is the cost of liberty. Liberty is not paid for with lawsuits and negotiations. It is far more precious and costly than that. That which could be paid with lawsuits would not be liberty.

The condition of liberty is an ongoing process and is paid in blood and kept by sacrifice. While The People paid in blood, an adequate number failed to sacrifice, ignoring and wasting the gift of those who did. And now, seemingly, the majority have been bought off by consumerism, greedy self-interests, and godless time-wasting, destructive activities.

It’s time to face the truth and quit wasting time begging our masters to hear us in court … yet again. It’s a failure to recognize the blatantly obvious. How many thousands in this country and hundreds of thousands (or more) in other countries have died at the hands of the criminal activities of those controlling this country and as a result of our complacency and false hopes in courts. Do we have some kind of learning deficiency? It’s time for the remaining minority who’ve not allowed the whorish activities revolving around the love of money to rise up and again declare their intentions to regain their liberty regardless of the costs. It’s time … NOW … to cast off our fears and know that the fear of GOD should be our only legitimate fear. We’ve a lot to answer for.
