FEMA report detailing Palmer ‘population removal’ section missing

The Ellis County ObserverPALMER, TEXAS – The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s reports of how to mitigate potential civil uprisings and disasters have sections dealing with the mass relocation and confinement of citizen populations: except in Palmer.
The City of Palmer and the Palmer Police Dept., according to a former reporter for The Ellis County Press who requested the FEMA documents for three months, have the federal plans but the section instituting population relocations came up missing.
“I have already talked to [Palmer PD Chief Mike Zaidle] about FEMA in Palmer the section of the emergency management plan regarding moving people into camps is totally gone from the 3 inch binder,” said Brandy Owen, the former reporter who penned a series of articles on the Trans Texas Corridor last year. “There is a chapter or [section in] it but the section is gone from the plan.
“He [Zaidle] is quite aware of federalization and says he has tried to be ‘compliant’ and make proper arrangements for housing people in the high school gymnasium and other places,” she said. “FEMA always tells him his plans are inadequate.”
Recently, plans were announced by the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office to team up with local church pastors for a “safety seminar.” Some critics of the federal government plans involving local police agencies and churches cite FEMA’s attempt to “quell” dissent and facilitate the confiscation of guns from private citizens.
“A shocking KSLA [Shreveport] news report has confirmed the story we first broke last year, that Clergy Response Teams are being trained by the federal government to ‘quell dissent’ and pacify citizens to obey the government in the event of a declaration of martial law,” Paul Joseph Watson reported two years ago for Austin Web site Infowars.com.
“In May 2006, we exposed the existence of a nationwide FEMA program which is training pastors and other religious representatives to become secret police enforcers who teach their congregations to ‘obey the government’ in preparation for the implementation of martial law, property and firearm seizures, mass vaccination programs and forced relocation.
“A whistleblower who was secretly enrolled into the program told us that the feds were clandestinely recruiting religious leaders to help implement Homeland Security directives in anticipation of a a potential bio-terrorist attack, any natural disaster or a nationally declared emergency.”
When she first approached the City of Palmer, Owen said Mayor Lance Anglin fielded requests to City Administrator Doug Young.
“For three months I asked and checked back in with Palmer City Hall,” she said. “Mayor [Anglin] turned all of his emergency plan responsibility to Young. Lots of sections are missing but specifically relocation of people.”
There is a place here in Ellis county that does warrant investigation. A place that could easily hold a substantial amount of detainees. If you were not paying attention you would never know it is there. Has a perimeter gate look out towers etc. It could be a boyscout camp or it could be easily made into a dention center. Right off of 85 on one of the back roads. Go snooping around next time you are in town Joey.
I doubt that Palmer or any other locality will satisfy FEMA or any federal organization until they have a plan that gives the feds control over their situation. The new administration is selling control and that’s what you are going to get. Much like your church safety seminars, the confiscation of guns is always one of the issues. This all fits into Obama’s plan for a civilian military force he has brought up, more than once. If you think martial law is not an option, you might want to re think that. When the administration can no longer buy off the opposition, (as in the health care debate) they will find more extreme measures. Face it people, we are going to be controlled, like it or not. To what extent hopefully depends on how far “We the people” will let it go.

All I can say is I would love to have another 12 months to prepare before THSTF, but I am prepared enough to make it now. Dang-it, I need two more fishing rods.

I was not the only one that swore to that oath. How many more battle trained, and I mean BATTLE TRAINED, ex military are there in America that see’s this coming???
I can put 20 of them together right here where I live in a small city. Our children may not be battle trained, but they are battle ready as I was when I was shipped off to a war we shouldn’t have been in.

I would think that most law enforcement, and I say MOST, would feel like we do. They work and play amongst us, they depend on local trade since most are required to live in the city or county that they work in. So, I would certainly hope that IF there is a choice to be made between someone like FEMA and us, that they would certainly remember that motto, “To protect and serve… US”. Because when FEMA is gone, they will be forgotten until the next catastrophe.
And to the “free American”, I hope the majority will side with you. Out of 32 Czars appointed by the Obamanator, I don’t see very many that don’t have the radical background and beliefs that would make an attempt to suggest world domination. If you follow the administration very closely, it reeks of control, domination, and racism.

I am from Indiana, and I have found this story through a Bible study group. We have been following the path that leads to this and know that it is very real. Dress rehearsal is over.
I love being an American! True Americans are at our best in the face of adversity. It’s that SPIRIT of FREEDOM given as a Gift from God Himself. Our enemies don’t expect it and can never account for this, even after they are whipped.

Snake Eyes, that says it all. We just gave Obamanator a minor shock with his health care program. It may still pass but not without a fight and/or some major changes. If you listen to CNN, it’s a done deal. But who listens to CNN. We must let these legislators know how we feel and that they could be jobless if they continue this Obama experiment. A lot of you despise the Catholic church, but they are and have always been a major thorn in the side of socialistic views. One thing the Democrats could always do is bash the Republicans or anyone else that tried to oppose them. Charlotte, please don’t take this the wrong way. Not trying to be rude, arrogant or what have you, but I’ve been posting a lot of news articles and videos that people send to me (honesty: I post half of this stuff because I know it drives my friends absolutely insane. I love the reactions) because this stuff is going on.
It has been going on for a long time. I really ramped up during the W administration the past eight years (post-9/11 “police state”), but it’s been increased so much with Obama.
Why was Palmer singled out? Mainly because I was in a casual conversation with Brandy Owen and she just kinda started spilling stuff out. So I took the ball and ran with it.
And ever since, this Palmer story has blown the lid wide open of our local police departments and the federal government influence over them.
Be expecting to see more stuff from our other law enforcement agencies. This is only the beginning.

Though I do beleive that it is a possibility, it is not likely. I hope everyone is prepared to defend each other, but does not go off half cocked and create a situation where they have to come round us up. Organize as best you can, but remember your actions could be used to justify what you are organizing against. If a larger group of people start arming themselves and organizing, that might be just the escuse they need to bring the ilitary in. No offense to the posters in here, but they know just as well as I do, we are no match for our military. Our hope should be that our Military sides with us and refuses to pursecute it’s own people. That may be our best scenario. Speak out and focus on our Military. Action will only propogate action. I am prepared if it comes, but choose to do what I can from an information stand point rather than get on here and get everyone stirred up and start making violence threats.

Prepped. It is easy to understand the tenor that several of the posts above advocate. The grey cloud is exactly what we need. People need to be worried. They need to be prepared, but not provocative. Using the snake analogy from, be prepared for coming across a copperhead and know what to do. That does not mean go out and F&%$ with one. You work with your neighbors, and anyone else around that will listen, to try and prevent it from having the chance to bite you. It may strike anyway and you then respond by cutting it’s head off and getting medical attention. It sounds like we are worried about the same things, but just look at a different way of handling them. I offered my point of view and advise. So please let me voice it.
