Day-care owner accused of indecency with boy

A Midlothian man has been arrested on an accusation he appeared undressed before a 14-year-old boy, Lewisville police said.
John M. Hutto, 34, was arrested Aug. 7 and charged with indecency with a child. He has posted bond, which was set at $10,000, and been released from jail, said assistant police chief Joni Eddy.Assistant Chief Eddy said the child and mom had visited Eagle Point Marina on Lewisville Lake where Mr. Hutto had a boat. It was unclear how well the mother and son knew Mr. Hutto, but the mother found the boy on Mr. Hutto
Notice that Lewisville had to arrest, Midlothian didn’t arrest him, was covering up for him.
You moron they have to arrest someone in the county where the crime took place (Eagle Point Marina on Lake LEWISVILLE). Midlothian PD has no jurisdiction in Lewisville. Oops, there goes your little conspiracy theory.
